The members of the charity project held a bazaar to raise money to support the Water Cellars for Mothers project, selling stationery and special bottles to their classmates. They also disseminated information on the current lack of safe drinking water that many primary schools in rural western China face.

They appealed to the students and teachers to support the Water Cellar for Mothers project, collecting funds to build water cellars in a primary school in Huining County in northwest China's Gansu Province.

The charity bazaar raised more than 6,000 yuan (US$ 966) from students and parents. The total proceeds of the bazaar reached 10,000 yuan (US$ 1,611).
